LEGAL NOTICE
TOWN OF DRACUT, MASSACHUSETTS
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Dracut Historical Commission, by and through the Town of Dracut, is seeking proposals from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake the "Dracut Community-wide Historic Properties Survey." Proposals must be received at the Office of the Town Manager/Purchasing Agent, Dracut Town Hall, 62 Arlington Street, Dracut, Massachusetts 01826, on or before 12:01 pm, Friday, August 12, 2016.
The Town of Dracut reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the Town's best interest.
The Request for Proposals (RFP), containing scope of work, proposal requirements, and evaluation criteria, will be/is available upon request after Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at the Office of the Town Manager/Purchasing Agent, Dracut Town Hall, 62 Arlington Street, Dracut, Massachusetts 01826 or by contacting the Director of Community Development Elizabeth Ware by e-mail or telephone at eware at dracutma.gov<mailto:eware at dracutma.gov> or (978) 453-4557.
Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master's degree in any of the above mentioned areas.
Questions regarding the RFP must be written and either e-mailed to eware at dracutma.gov<mailto:eware at dracutma.gov> or faxed to (978)-937-9885. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
