[MassHistPres] CPC concerns and Finance committee

Since the town's adoption of the CPA Act, Kingston's Finance Committee and
the Board of Selectmen have always rendered an opinion on the CPA projects
that the CPC recommended to town meeting.
Usually FinCom has been negative to spending any money even though the CPA
Fund is entirely separate from the General Fund.
It is only a recommendation, and the town body can vote any way they like
at Town Meeting.
Do any towns have their CPC votes printed alongside the FinCom and
Selectmens' votes in the town meeting warrant, indicating how the CPC voted
on each project?
