CITY OF EVERETT
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The City of Everett, by and through the Department of Planning and Development, is seeking proposals from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake the "Everett Community-wide Historic Properties Survey." Proposals must be received at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City of Everett, 484 Broadway, Everett, Massachusetts 02149, on or before 2:00 PM, Thursday, August 31, 2017.

The City of Everett reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the City's best interest.

The Request for Proposals (RFP), containing scope of work, proposal requirements, and evaluation criteria, will be/is available upon request after 10:00 am, Monday, July 24, 2017, at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City of Everett, 484 Broadway, Everett, Massachusetts 02149 or by contacting the Purchasing agent by e-mail or telephone at Robert.Moreschi at ci.everett.ma.us or 617-394-2288.

Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master's degree in any of the above mentioned areas.
