The Town of West Newbury, by and through the West Newbury Historical Commission, is seeking responses from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake the “West Newbury Historic Properties Survey Phase 2.” Responses must be received at the Office of the Procurement Officer, Town of West Newbury, 381 Main Street, Massachusetts 01985, on or before 10:00 am, Friday, August 16, 2019.

The Town of West Newbury reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the Proposal process, if deemed in the Town’s best interest.

The Request for Quotes (RFQ), containing scope of work, proposal requirements, and evaluation criteria, will be/is available upon request after 10:00 am, Monday, July 15, 2019 at the Office of the Procurement Officer, Town of West Newbury, 381 Main Street, West Newbury, Massachusetts 01985 or by contacting the Procurement Officer by e-mail or telephone at townclerk at wnewbury.org or (978) 363-1100 x110.

Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master’s degree in any of the above mentioned areas.
