[MassHistPres] Laura, pls share results - Re: Demolition Delay - Age of buildings

I believe a lot of local historical commissions are wondering about their 50-year threshold, so I hope you'll share the results.   
In Medfield we've talked a little about it but haven't seriously addressed the issue. For us, a change would require a 2/3 majority town meeting vote.
