[MassHistPres] Violations

Betty,

I’m a contractor that works on houses that are designated or could be
designated. If the building department and town (police) don’t enforce the
stop work order then everyone knows they can get away with anything they
want to. If the commission doesn’t stand up for this building (and all the
other historic buildings in town) you’ll lose them all.

If your commission doesn’t use every tool at your disposal in this
situation, you’re weakening every historic commission in the area.
