The Town of Sudbury, by and through the Sudbury Historical Commission, is
seeking responses from qualified consultants to undertake the Hosmer House
Collection Study for the museum collections at the ca. 1793 Hosmer House, a
town-owned property located at 299 Old Sudbury Road, Sudbury, Massachusetts
0177.

Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor's
Degree in Museum Management, Collections Management, Material Conservation,
Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two (2) years full
time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Master's Degree in
any of the above mentioned areas. .
The Request for Quotes (RFQ) containing scope of work, proposal
requirements, and evaluation criteria, may be requested via email by
contacting Beth Perry, PerryB at sudbury.ma.us, or obtained from the Planning
and Community Development Department, 278 Old Sudbury Road, Sudbury, MA
01776, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Tuesday 8:30 AM -
7:00 PM, and Friday 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM. Questions regarding the RFQ must be
sent via email to PerryB at sudbury.ma.us.
All responses must be received by Beth Perry, Planning Coordinator,
Planning and Community Development, Town of Sudbury, 278 Old Sudbury Road,
Sudbury, MA 01776 *no later than 10:00 AM on Monday, December 18, 2023.*
Submissions may also be emailed to PerryB at sudbury.ma.us and, if emailed,
must be marked "RFQ Hosmer House Collection Study" in the subject line.
The Town of Sudbury reserves the right to waive any and all informalities,
reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the Proposal
Process, if deemed to be in the Town of Sudbury's best interests.
